Funding and partners

The Shore acknowledges the great support of the Young Roots Heritage Fund which gave a grant of almost £25,000 to young people at The Shore to make their project a reality.

Thanks also to our partnership organisations - Ian Flett the City Archivist and Brian Kelly of Dundee Heritage Trust.

Many members of the public and organisations in the city have helped the young people in their quest so far,  these include -
Grant Law the City Registrar; Eileen Moran and all at the family history centre; Dr Graham Lowe from Ninewells Medical Museum; Keri McGowan at McManus Galleries; Tony Cox,, Mark Tait, Brian McGilvary and Mel Walker.

 

The Shore is a safe and secure alcohol and drug free venue.
